Participation in Insurance Plans
I’m not currently a participating provider in any insurance plans. If you have out of network benefits, I would be pleased to provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Your insurance company may reimburse you for some of the session fees. Another option available is to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for therapy.

Enhanced Privacy & Confidentiality
When insurance companies pay for your treatment, it also means that their employees will audit the treatment plans. I believe that you have a right to confidentiality of your medical records. You also have the liberty to progress through treatment at a pace that’s best for you – one that allows you sufficient time to take in everything that you’re experiencing. This unfolds differently for each person. Session notes are private records so others will not be reading about your intimate details. You get to choose to whom you disclose this information.
Quality Care & Attention
My focus is YOU and our work together. I won’t be distracted by administrative details so you can count on me being alert and fully engaged during our sessions. You’ll have the help of a world-class professional who is completely invested in your personal growth and success.
You get to work with me in a way that allows us to use the best therapeutic approach to help you meet your goals. You and I will be the only people involved in decisions about the type and length of your treatment. You won’t have to seek additional authorization to continue your work with me.
You will not have to carry a diagnosis on your medical record.
